BRAWLEY, District Judge.

The court is asked to review the decision of the referee in a matter of law, upon the distribution of the fund in the hands of the trustee, arising from the proceeds of sale of the stock of goods of the above named bankrupt.

After the adjudication in bankruptcy, A. H. Douglass, in due course of proceeding for the administration of the bankrupt estate, set up a lien against the fund; claiming to hold a chattel mortgage upon the stock of merchandise.
