I! This dispute, decided by summary judgment, interprets an automobile policy’s uninsured/underinsured coverage benefit (“UM”) claimed by the plaintiff, a family member of the named insured. The plaintiff was also a named excluded operator under a policy endorsement, excluding all policy benefits to a named excluded operator while operating an insured vehicle.
