Previously the Court denied preliminary approval of a proposed class action settlement agreement in this case that included $12.25 million in monetary relief, as well as modest nonmonetary relief. The parties have returned with a new agreement that includes $27 million in monetary relief and slightly enhanced nonmonetary relief.
