Linda and Oliver Warren were married on August 31, 1986, and separated on August 31, 1989. While married they lived in the wife’s home in Hughes, Arkansas. They apparently accumulated no marital property and had no children. The chancellor granted Mrs. Warren a divorce on the grounds of general indignities and returned the parties’ non-marital property to them. The court also directed Mr. Warren to pay part of two credit card bills and to reimburse her for half of the money she borrowed to pay one-half of joint federal and state income tax liabilities.
