Affirming.

Boy -Smallwood and Burchell Smith were indicted for the murder of John Taylor. Among the counts of the indictment was one charging conspiracy. /On a separate trial Boy Smallwood was found guilty and his punishment fixed at life imprisonment. He appeals.
