The appeal in this case involves a construction of certain portions of the last will and testament of Jenkin Jones, who was at the time of his death a citizen and resident of Mercer county, W. Va. Two questions are involved: First, whether the income, from the trust fund created in behalf of the plaintiff appellant shall be held and accumulated until she is 21 years of age; and, second, if she be entitled to the immediate benefit thereof, whether it shall be administered for her benefit by the trustees or by them paid over to *288Her guardian.
