MINZNER, Chief Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions for two counts of second-degree criminal sexual penetration (criminal sexual penetration committed during a felony) (CSP II, felony), and one count each of kidnapping, assault with intent to commit a violent felony, and criminal sexual contact (CSC).
