This is an attorney disciplinary proceeding. The Board on Professional Responsibility (Board) filed a Report and Approval of Stipulation and Joint Recommendation addressing professional misconduct by the respondent, Joel D. Tenenbaum. That Report, without attachments, is appended hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) and Tenenbaum agree that Tenenb-aum should be suspended for three years. The Board’s factual findings and its recommended sanction are not disputed.
