Isabel Puttkammer made application for an adjustment of compensation and charged that her husband, John Puttkammer, sustained an accidental injury, resulting in death, while he was employed by George W. and Herman H. Wille, coal dealers at Blue Island, Illinois, doing business as Wille Brothers Company. The arbitrator found that the injury did not arise out of his employment and denied compensation. This finding was sustained by the Industrial Commission, on review. The superior court of Cook county set aside the decision of the commission and awarded compensation. The employers’ petition for…
