Appellee Metro Airlines, Inc., is a holding company which owns the stock of several “commuter-feeder” airlines. Such airlines typically provide connecting flights between a major regional airport *121“hub” and smaller localities in the region, operating under a “service agreement” with a large trunk carrier whereby the commuter-feeder airline identifies itself with the larger carrier and coordinates its operations with those of the larger carrier at the major airport hub.
