OPINION

LACAGNINA, Judge.

Phelps Dodge Corporation (Phelps Dodge) and Charles and Neola Wilcoxson (Wilcoxson) appeal from a judgment in favor of Guadalupe Monares for personal injuries suffered when a truck boom contacted a high voltage line while Wilcoxson, with Phelps Dodge’s agreement, was removing vacant houses from property owned by Phelps Dodge. Prior to trial, the court granted summary judgment against Wilcoxson on the issue of his negligence.
