JAMESON, District Judge.

Plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries sustained in an accident on April 5, 1959, when plaintiff was riding as a gratuitous passenger or guest in an automobile owned by Jerry L. Johnson and being driven by the defendant.

Plaintiff has submitted interrogatories pursuant to Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. seeking to ascertain whether defendant was covered by a policy of liability insurance at the time of the accident; and if so, the identity of the insurer, limits of liability, and terms of the policy, including, inter alia, whether the…
