This case is before us on appealby Albert W.'Tate, ah employee of Dr. Pepper Bottling Company, from a' judgment of the Circuit Court of Leflore County, affirming an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission denying the appellant’s claim for compensation under the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation Law for .an injury alleged to have been sustained by him while engaged in-the performance of his duties as a route salesman for the company.
