TURNER, Judge.

Petitioner seeks review of the special master’s April 12, 1991 decision awarding attorney fees and costs far below those requested and awarding damages for pain and suffering and lost wages which were not requested. (The decision awarded $17,-325 in attorney fees, $5448.78 in costs and $7226.22 for pain, suffering and lost wages.)
