This appeal concerns the sole question whether the plaintiffs-appellees Terrie L. Thompson (Mrs. Thompson) and Dwight Thompson (Mr. Thompson) [hereinafter, collectively, the plaintiffs] are entitled to rescind a settlement agreement, releasing all claims for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident, on the ground of unilateral mistake, pursuant to Restatement (Second) of Contracts [hereinafter, Restatement] §§ 153 and 154 (1981), quoted infra.
