ORDER REVERSING BANKRUPTCY COURT
LYNCH, District Judge.
I.. INTRODUCTION
Before this Court on appeal come Investors, 1 some of 69 people and entities who claim some property right in a leasehold interest held by Debtor at the time of the Chapter 11 filing. This appeal is opposed by Lessors, two individuals who own the remaining fee simple interest in the leased property and were the lessors to the Debtor of the property in issue.
Investors appeal from an Order of the Bankruptcy Court declaring, inter alia, that section 365(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code — 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(4) — has run against…
