MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WAXSE, United States Magistrate Judge.
Pending before the Court is the Joint Motion to Compel Responses to Their First Set of Discovery Requests (doc. 341) filed by various Defendants. For the reasons stated below, the Motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
Background
In this antitrust suit, Plaintiffs allege a conspiracy among Defendants to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize prices and to allocate customers and markets for polyether polyol products.
