—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for false arrest, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hutcherson, J.), dated April 11, 2001, as denied their motion to compel the defendants James Johnson and Alice Nelson to respond to interrogatories.

Ordered that the order is modified by deleting the provision thereof denying that branch of the motion which was to compel James Johnson and Alice Nelson to answer numbers 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 31, and 32 of their interrogatories and substituting therefor a provision…
