Affirming.
On the late afternoon of August 15, 1928, there was a personal encounter between appellee and plaintiff below, Richard Yandivir, and appellant and defendant below, B. F. Pollard, on a sidewalk in Harrodsburg, Ky., immediately in front of the laundry operated by defendant.
