Plaintiff K.L., the father of a boy and a girl in elementary school, appeals from a final judgment dismissing his claim that defendant Evesham Township Board of Education violated the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 to -13, and his common law right of access to public records.
