Plaintiff, National Recovery Systems, a New York corporation located in New York City, N.Y., filed suit in assumpsit on February 25, 1980 against defendant, Paul Nemchik, an adult individual who resides at 53 Briar-cliff Road, Glenolden, Delaware County, Pa. The action was brought by plaintiff to collect the proceeds of a $5,000 loan which defendant refused to repay.
