PIERSOL, District Judge.

Celadon Trucking, Inc. (“Celadon”) appeals the district court’s application of Indiana’s lien reduction statute to Cela-don’s worker’s compensation subrogation lien on proceeds from a third-party settlement reached by its former employee, Bruce W. Lane (“Lane”). On cross-appeal, Lane challenges the district court’s decision to apply Indiana law rather than Arkansas’ made-whole doctrine. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case to the district court for entry of an amended judgment consistent with this opinion.
