VANASKIE, Circuit Judge.

Appellants Ilhami and Mehtap Tekman, a married couple, allege that Appellee Herb Berkowitz, a tax accountant, violated contractual and professional obligations by failing to disclose evidence of financial misconduct by the Tekmans’ relatives and business associates. The Tekmans sued Berkowitz and his employer, Appellee William E. Howe & Co, for professional negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and loss of consortium.
