Appeal from an order of the district court denying appellants’ motion for a new trial.

John E. Haverly and Lois K. Haverly, referred to herein as appellants, are the fee owners of a 37-acre tract of land located in the southwest corner of the intersection of France Avenue South and 94th Street in the city of Bloomington. They purchased the property in December 1965 from Arthur B. Arneson, now deceased, and Loyal Thompson.
