This is a motion, made by the trustee of J. J. Bradley and Co., Inc. (THE DEBTOR), pursuant to Section 329(b) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (THE CODE), 11 U.S.C. § 329(b), to examine the reasonableness of the fee, in the sum of $25,000, paid by it to its attorney, the firm of Robert L. Kassel, Esq.
