Before the Court is the application of Raymond J. Aab, former attorney for The Korea Chosun Daily Times, Inc:, the debt- or in the above-captioned Chapter 11 case (the “Debtor”), for compensation for his fees and expenses pursuant to Sections 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Fee Application”).
