Affirming in each case.

Prior to September 2, 1924, Earl Palmer was the owner of the Kenyon Building in Louisville, and W. T. Main was in Ms employ as janitor. Both bad accepted the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act. On September 2, 1924, Palmer sold and conveyed the property to E. A. and Eustace Hail, who continued to conduct the property as an office building. At the time of the sale W. S.
