This is an action at law under the Illinois Blue Sky Law, Ill. Rev. Stat. 1951, ch. 121½ [§§ 96-137; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 13.01-13.53], for the recovery of $1,600 paid by the plaintiff to defendants. The original complaint was stricken on defendants’ motion and plaintiff filed an amended complaint. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss. The court entered an order striking paragraphs 10 and 12, and the first sentence of paragraph 14 of the amended complaint, and granting plaintiff leave to file an amendment thereto within ten days.
