William Boshears, who is currently serving a life sentence as a result of his 1978 conviction in a Florida circuit court for sexual battery on a child, has filed an application for leave to file a second or successive habeas corpüs petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2244(b)(3)(A), as amended by § 106 of the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996.
