Mrs. Minnie 0. Stable, as administratrix of the estate of J. W. Hammock, on March 18, 1938, filed her petition in the city court of Macon, in which she prayed for the issuance of the writ of scire facias to be served upon W. E. Jones, as the defendant, requiring him to show cause at the next term of the court why a judgment in favor of the plaintiff against him, in the sum of $100, interest and costs, which had been entered on March 30, 1938, should not be revived. On March 18, 1938, the writ of scire facias, returnable to the court on the first Monday in June, 1938, was issued, and service…
