Weissberg, J.), rendered on or about May 3, 1988, convicting defendant, after a nonjury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and sentencing him, as a predicate felony offender, to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 3 to 6 years on the weapons possession count and a concurrent determinate term of six months on his conviction for possession of a controlled substance, unanimously affirmed.
