Nettie Yung sued the Continental Life «Insurance Company to recover the amount alleged to be due *160her on a policy of life insurance, issued on the 30th day of June, 1883, on the life of Christian Yung, the plaintiff’s husband.

The complaint alleges that the death of Christian Yung occurred on the 4th day of August, 1883, and that all of the conditions of the policy had been duly kept and performed on the part of the plaintiff and the assured.
