Appellant filed a petition in attachment alleging that appellee was indebted to the appellant on an open account in the amount of $15,992.61; that appellee owned certain property of the value of $100,500 liable for the payment of his debts; that appellee was preparing to sell the property to avoid payment of the indebtedness.
