In this workers’ compensation proceeding, Diane Singleton (claimant), the widow of de cedent, John Singleton, seéks review of the final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) denying her claim for death benefits. We set aside the order and remand for additional proceedings.
Decedent sustained an admitted industrial injury on August 6, 1994, when he received extensive burns to his body and other injuries to his upper extremities. He died from unrelated causes prior to reaching maximum medical improvement (MMI) for his compen-sable injuries.
