Plaintiff Tri-State Bobcat, Inc. ("Plaintiff" or "Tri-State"), is an authorized equipment dealer for several agricultural-equipment manufacturers. From May 2011 to November 2016, Plaintiff was an authorized dealer for Defendant FINN Corporation ("Defendant" or "FINN"). In 2016, after the parties could not reach an agreement on the terms of a new contract, Plaintiff sued Defendant for breach of contract and wrongful termination under Minnesota and Wisconsin equipment dealership statutes.
