Nedinah Davis, Appellant, filed an Application For Independent Administration and Letters of Administration in which she alleged that her father, Elwin RosS' Stan-defer, 1 died intestate. Another of Elwin’s adult children, Randy Standefer, Appellee, subsequently filed an Application to Probate Will and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary to probate a copy of what he claimed was Elwin’s original, unrevoked will.
