This original proceeding in quo war-ranto was instituted on July 18, 1962, by the filing of an information charging respondent corporations with violation of the Missouri anti-trust statutes. See §§ 416.010 to 416.040 1 inclusive. Respondents are Stupp Brothers Bridge & Iron Company, Kansas City Structural Steel Company, St. Joseph Structural Steel Company, Missouri Valley Steel, Inc., A.
