WILLSON, J. H., Associate Judge.
James E. Mele and Alice L. Mele, both deceased, were husband and wife. No children were born to their marriage. James E. Mele predeceased Alice L. Mele, leaving a substantial estate, which passed to her, without limitation, under the terms of his last will and testament.
On or about November 28, 1961, or fifteen months after the death of James E. Mele, Alice L. Mele married the appellee, Harry L. Hagan. On May 25, 1962, or about six months later, Mrs. Hagan executed a last will and testament leaving her estate, including that which had come from James E. Mele,…
