ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
PRATT, Chief Judge.
On December 8, 2005, Plaintiff filed the above-captioned action in the Iowa District Court for Polk County, claiming Breach of Contract, Negligence, and Breach of Bailment. Following a Motion to Dismiss for Improper Service, the Iowa District court judge ordered Plaintiff to make service of process on Defendant no later than April 28, 2006.
