Pending before this court is a motion by MCI WorldCom Network Services, Inc. (“MCI”), to dismiss the appeal of International Paper Co. (“IP”) from a judgment of the District Court for the Western District of Arkansas 2 granting summary judgment in favor of MCI on IP’s complaint alleging state law claims of trespass, slander of title, and unjust enrichment.
