LTVINGSTON, Justice.

The appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court in Equity of Jefferson County, denying complainant relief, and dismissing her bill of complaint.

The bill alleges fraud by respondent in securing an agreement from complainant for the purchase of stock in defendant, which was an incorporated building and loan association under the laws of Alabama.
