HENLEY, Judge.

Defendant appeals from an order overruling his motion to withdraw his plea of guilty to a charge of murder in the first degree and to set aside the judgment imposing a sentence of life imprisonment.

Defendant was charged by information filed June 29, 1965, with murder, first degree; specifically, the charge was that he shot and killed one John Henry Allen Mathew with a shotgun on May 18, 1965, in Jackson county.
