Defendant, James W. Riley, seeks reversal of his conviction in a jury trial of two counts of Murder in the first degree (11 Del.C. § 636), 1 Conspiracy in the second degree (11 Del. C. § 512(1)), Possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony (11 Del.C. § 1447(a)), and Robbery in the first degree (11 Del.C. § 832(a)(2)).
