— David Goodman (husband) filed a complaint seeking a divorce from Constance C. Goodman (wife) and raising various economic claims including equitable distribution of marital property, alimony pendente lite and counsel fees and costs. Within the context of the divorce complaint, there was also a claim for child support filed on behalf of wife. After numerous hearings, a decision and decree nisi was issued on February 4, 1988.
