This action was instituted by Margo Teas against her husband, Paul C. Teas, Jr., Paul C. Teas, Sr., both individually and in his capacity as trustee, and the Republic National Bank of Dallas, in which she sought a judgment decreeing cancellation and rescission of certain conveyances, assignments and transfers, and also for actual and exemplary damages. She alleged that the four pieces of property made the subject matter of the litigation had been acquired during their marriage and that her husband, Paul C.
