("Mundo Latino" or the "Debtor"), filed the Amended Complaint , dated Apr. 10, 2018 ("Amended Complaint " ) (ECF Doc. # 11), seeking to hold Defendant Kathryn L. Bedke ("Bedke") liable for breach of fiduciary duty, corporate waste and negligence in her roles as majority shareholder, director and officer of the Debtor.
