This was a proceeding to obtain an injunction against the city of Greensboro carrying out its contract with the Southern Railway Company to issue $1,300,000 in bonds for the purpose of loaning the same to the Southern Railway Company for the construction of a passenger station at Greensboro and an underpass, (503) etc.
