Pending before this Court are two Motions for a Preliminary Injunction, one filed by the plaintiff in Safari Club International v. Salazar, et al., Case No. 11-cv-01564 (“SCI Action”), ECF No. 26, and the other filed by the plaintiffs in Exotic Wildlife Association, et al. v. United States Department of the Interior, et al., Case No. 12-cv-00340, ECF No. 3 (“EWA Action”). 1 The plaintiffs seek different in junctive relief.
