MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LAMBROS, District Judge.

Plaintiffs William Knipp (Knipp) and Denver Roof (Roof) filed the above-captioned action against Thomas Weikle, Sheriff of Richland County, Ohio (Sheriff Weikle) and William Misc., a deputy captain on the Sheriff’s staff (Deputy Captain Misc.), seeking to recover damages for the alleged violation of their civil rights guaranteed under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1986.
