This adversary proceeding came on for hearing before the Court on May 1, 1992 for oral argument on a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant c.i.-Hooksett (formerly c.i. Partnership) and plaintiffs Objection thereto, concerning plaintiffs Complaint to Avoid Fraudulent Conveyance. Plaintiffs Complaint has been superseded by an Amended Complaint filed on December 26, 1991.
